You are welcome to use any shipping method you prefer to send in the hair, but the sooner we receive it, the sooner we can start crafting your bracelet.

Please note that this is a bespoke product and requires a minimum of 14 inches (36 cm) of hair with a diameter similar to that of a standard pencil. A silver-plated bracelet requires proper care to avoid tarnishing, so we'll also include care instructions with your order. Allow 7 business days for dispatch from the date we receive the hair. We'll email you upon receipt to let you know when to expect your finished piece.
