How long will my order take?

Our average order time depends on the individual product. Horsehair orders can be fulfilled within 2 weeks of receiving your horse's hair. Clay models take on average 6-10 weeks depending on order volume. You will be notified once you have ordered of your estimated dispatch date. If you need your item for a special day or event, please email sales@daisychainequestrian.com to check current dispatch times and discuss availability. We will always try and accommodate whenever possible.

Where should I send my photos?

Once you have placed your order, please send in your photos to sales@daisychainequestrian.com. Please quote your order reference number on your email so we can match it to your order.

What do I need to provide for custom model orders?

There is no such thing as too many photos. Not only do they help us make your models more accurate, we also like to see your pets! As a rule of thumb, we require photos that show both sides of your pet and of course a headshot. We understand that on some occasions it will not be possible for you to provide all of these photos, in this case as long as you describe the features and markings of the missing photo, we will ensure we do our best to recreate your pet as accurately as possible.

How do we contact you about customisation?

For any orders that require customisation, please email us once your order has been placed; sales@daisychainequestrian.com. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have a request. We love making our products as bespoke as possible for our customers.
